If you like sweet woodruff, you'll love pink woodruff! Although it's relatively uncommon in the industry, I think we'll be seeing more and more of this over time. Like sweet woodruff, it has the same light-green spoke-like leaves radiating out from a central stalk. The difference is the blooms large pink clusters made of many small five-petaled flowers in May. That's right, pink! It's a great groundcover in partially-shaded to full sun locations and tolerates just about any soil type as long as it's not in standing water. It will fill an area quickly, but isn't so aggressive that it will choke out other plants or go where you don't want it. If you like sweet woodruff, you really need to give this plant a try! Pot size: 4.5"sq x 5.0" (1004 ml, or ~one quart).
