'Sun Power' is another aptly named hosta. Probably one of the best hosta for sun, the leaves range from chartreuse in shadier spots to brilliant gold when it receives more light.

It has a nice vase-shaped habit that lets it rise above darker groundcovers like Labrador violet or Teardrop English ivy, creating a great contrast. Even the fall color is good, becoming a bright golden yellow on all plants, no matter how much light they get.
